These Terms govern Astra’s website, software, account services, license keys, and related tools. By using Astra or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use Astra. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
Keep your account information accurate and protect your password, license keys, authentication tokens, and devices. You are responsible for activity you authorize under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
2. License and access
Astra grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices permitted by your plan while your access is active. Astra and its licensors retain ownership of the software and branding.
Free access uses a 24-hour key. Paid access is a one-time purchase: 7 Days means seven consecutive days and 1 Month means 30 consecutive days, beginning when a valid key is first redeemed unless the checkout states otherwise. Plans do not renew automatically. Lifetime means access for the commercial lifetime of Astra, not the lifetime of a person or a guarantee of perpetual operation.
Keys are single-use unless expressly stated otherwise. They have no cash value and must not be shared, sold, or transferred without written authorization. Device changes and resets remain subject to the limits disclosed for your plan.
3. Prices, orders, and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars unless a checkout identifies another currency. Applicable taxes and any mandatory fees must be disclosed before you confirm an order. An order is fulfilled only after payment is confirmed; a success-page visit alone does not establish payment or entitlement.
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Statutory cancellation rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law take priority over any conflicting provision here.
4. Permitted use
Use Astra only for lawful development, testing, and other activities you are authorized to perform. Follow the terms of the games, platforms, and third-party services you use. Do not use Astra to access systems without permission, steal credentials or data, distribute malware, harass others, commit fraud, interfere with other users, or evade security controls unlawfully.
Do not redistribute or sublicense Astra, misrepresent your affiliation with us, circumvent licensing controls, or attempt to disrupt our services. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override mandatory rights.
5. Scripts, integrations, and your content
You retain ownership of scripts and other content you create. Where you request storage or synchronization, you give Astra only the permissions needed to provide that feature. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to upload, share, or run content.
Community scripts, external websites, and integrations are provided by independent third parties. Listing a script does not certify its safety, ownership, compatibility, or accuracy. Review third-party code and permissions before use. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.
AI-assisted output may be inaccurate. Review generated code before running it. Features that access a game or send context to an AI provider require the permissions and disclosures presented for that feature; these Terms do not authorize undisclosed access or transmission.
6. Downloads and updates
Use downloads linked from Astra’s official website. We cannot verify modified builds, unsolicited files, or unofficial sellers. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued operation. Supported operating systems and requirements are described on the Download page.
Compatibility can change when a game, operating system, or third-party platform changes. Benchmarks describe specific testing conditions and do not guarantee future results or immunity from platform restrictions.
7. Availability and suspension
We may change features, perform maintenance, or interrupt services to protect users and the service. If a material paid feature becomes unavailable, contact support so we can assess restoration, an access extension, or the remedies in the Refund Policy.
We may suspend access for credible security threats, unauthorized use, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. You may request review through support. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Astra is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party platforms will allow every use of the software.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Astra’s aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies.
9. Ending access and disputes
You may stop using Astra at any time and request account deletion through support when account services are available. Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination or rights that must survive under law.
Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where the operator is established, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides greater protection. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory rights to bring a claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or an available account contact method before taking effect where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. The effective date appears below.
